However he more than makes up for what he lacks with his extreme intelligence and uncanny speed. The only creature known to be faster than him is Valcor. Because of his small size and his speed, he is perfectly suited for his assigned task as messenger and scout, easily observing unseen and quickly reporting back to the council. He frequently communicates between the Bahamut, the council, and the other dragons. He is also the only dragon that regularly moves between the planes and even enters the material plane on occation.
